Shaw opens Shaw Go WiFi service to southern Alberta residents to help people stay connected

Calgary, Alberta (June 21, 2013) — Shaw Communications Inc. today announced that it has opened up its Shaw Go WiFi network to everyone across Southern Alberta. Citizens, especially in areas affected by recent floods in Calgary, Lethbridge, High River, Canmore, and Okotoks, will now have full access to the Shaw Go WiFi network where available as the flood crisis in Southern Alberta continues. Authentication will not be required to connect and the network will be open until further notice.

To use the Shaw Go WiFi network, scan for available WiFi networks on your device and connect to the "ShawGo" network. To find locations where the network is available, go to shaw.ca/wifi or download the Shaw Go WiFi Finder app at shaw.ca/internet/wifi/app/.
